Insurance
We accept most insurance plans, including all Kentucky Medicaid plans except United Healthcare Medicaid. However we DO NOT accept some new Anthem Exchange products, HMO plans, among others.
Please feel free to contact our office or your insurance company to verify if your insurance is accepted. For Medicaid patients, we ask that you please change your PCP to our office before being seen for an appointment.
